Sales Terms and Conditions
By placing an order through Itech Spa Corporation, you agree to pay the total amount indicatedin the Sales Order or Invoice, which will be provided to you via email, US postal service, ordirectly from an Itech Spa Corporation Sales Representative. The payment should be made usingthe provided form of payment, and the recipient of the payment will be Itech Spa Corp.
- Check Payment: The payment may take 3 to 5 business days to clear.
- Credit Card Payment: The owner of the card must sign a Credit Card Authorization form.
- Wire Transfer Payment: The payment may take 1 to 2 business days to clear.
Unless a Payment Plan agreement has been established with Itech Spa Corporation, the order willnot be processed or fulfilled until it has been paid in full and the Sales Terms and Conditions havebeen received by Itech Spa Corporation.
The order, including shipping and taxes, must be paid in full prior to shipping. Any unpaid portionof the invoice after the order has been delivered will incur a service charge.
Customers will be responsible for all costs, expenses, and fees incurred by Itech Spa Corporationin collecting any outstanding payments, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
The estimated shipping or delivery time indicated on the Sales Order or Invoice is subject tochange without notice.
Itech will cover the shipping fee for all spa chair orders, which only includes Lift Gate Delivery (allshipments will be dropped off at the curbside and will take approximately 30 minutes).
Customers can request additional services, such as warranty delivery date, residential delivery,limited access delivery, etc., by contacting a sales representative before the shipment is booked.These additional services will be subject to an extra fee.
Any additional services, such as inside or upstairs delivery, change in delivery location, change indelivery appointment, or storage fee, must be requested during the order submission and will incuran additional fee.
Once the order is shipped, no additional services will be provided, and Itech Spa Corporation willnot be responsible for any special service charges unless they are authorized by Itech SpaCorporation or included in the sales order.
If the order includes delivery and installation options, Itech Spa Corporation will be responsiblefor inside delivery and the installation of the spa chair and furniture.
However, plumbing installation or modifications are not included unless there is a separateagreement and payment arrangement between the customer and a technician.
Itech Spa Corporation does not cover any fees associated with plumbing services.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment and packaging for any damages beforesigning the Bill of Lading (BOL) provided by the trucking company.
If customers notice any damages to the packaging, it is crucial to make a note of it on the BOLbefore signing.

WRONG / MISSING ORDER
Any claim on wrong order or missing order must be made to Itech Spa Corporation within 48Hours from the time the order was delivered
ORDER CANCELLATION /CHANGE
If an order is canceled before it has been processed and fulfilled, a refund of 100% of thecustomer deposit will be issued.
A 2% transaction fee will be applied for cancellation of credit card charges. No transaction feewill be applied for cancellation with a check payment.
After an order has been processed/fulfilled, any requests for cancellation will be subject to aprocessing fee of 25% of the total order amount.
Orders can be changed to a different color, model, or quantity if they have not been processed orfulfilled yet. However, if the order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, a $500 fee will beapplied for last-minute changes in color or model.
Cancellations or changes are strictly prohibited for special orders. In the event of a cancellation,the customer will forfeit the total deposit of 30%. Furthermore, once a special order has beenplaced specifying a particular color and items, no changes are allowed unless authorized by themanufacturer.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
Once an order has been shipped, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All sales are final.
Itech Spa Corporation provides a limited warranty for its products. The warranty coverage is asfollows:
If the customer receives the wrong color or item, Itech Spa Corp has 2 weeks to resend thecorrect items to the customer, unless there is a shortage of inventory. In such cases, Itech SpaCorp must communicate with the client to provide an estimated delivery time.
In the event that a refund is requested, Itech Spa Corporation will review the request based onthe agreement reached between the customer and the seller or manager. If a refund is approved,Itech Spa Corporation will initiate the refund process within 5 business days to the same accountfrom which the payment was made.
The amount of the refund, if any, will be determined by considering various factors, including butnot limited to the shipment fee, storage fee, and any other applicable fees as per the agreementbetween the customer and the seller. The specific refund amount will be discussed and mutuallyagreed upon between the customer and Itech Spa Corporation's representative.
Please note that the refund process may take additional time depending on the customer'sfinancial institution and their policies regarding processing refunds.
Itech Spa Corporation provides a limited warranty for its products. The warranty coverage is as follows:
- Most products are covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
- Clearance items have a warranty period of 6 months to 1 year.
- Spa base purchases have a warranty period of 1 year.
- Top massage purchases have a warranty period of 1 year.
- Leather is covered by a 2-year warranty, except for damages caused by the customer.
- The Jet motor is covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
- Glass Bowls do not come with a warranty but are protected against damage during delivery.
- Furniture items are warranted against damage during delivery only.
Please note that the warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Proper maintenance of the spa chair is essential.
The warranty covers parts only and does not include labor. In the event of a warranty claim, a service travel fee will apply, which is dependent on the location. The minimum charge for the service travel fee is $75, plus $50 per hour. However, in some cases, Itech Spa Corporation may provide free assistance from a technician to help fix the spa chair.

Please retain your purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, as it may be required to validate your warranty claim.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Itech SpaCorporation with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneousagreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
